[I'M SORRY] In the gutts of Google+ - verified Accounts will be back
Just because someone brought it up today: Yeah, verified accounts will (highly likely) be back on Google+ (they were already available for the classic profiles.)

Interesting. People were asking me how I got my account verified a long while back, but the methods used were gone by the time people noticed(Knol). I had asked someone from Google whaty was the scoop with verified accounts as was told they were looking for a better way to do it, so I am not surprised to see them coming back. Even more interesting is I notice now my new Google+ profile is no longer verified. I hope Google doesn't get all Twitter and only allow celebs and such to be verified. It think is more of a sign that you can trust the person who is verified just a little bit more than someone who is not.
I guess I should have read this before I commented on your wish list post :-)
