that's tragic but seriously? That is NOT secure what she did. It is like suing a car company for having an accident with a car.Yeah, she had bad luck, but she was the one who caused the accident, not any employee of McDonald's.It is like drying a hamster in a microwave.And here, we don't get pain relief in the same amount as in the US. It is a maximum of 1000-10.000 Euros (for really severe cases of injury)
(and McDonald's USA also acted totally stupid and childish, just to mention. Their argumentation was totally inhuman)
